This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything and also enjoy a little peace after a long day. Good eating, visiting important historical places and shopping is walkable in minutes. Yet the building is on a quiet street so it’s relaxing inside the apartment. The building itself is very funky- in all the right ways. The coffee bar is a nice touch. Perhaps the best part is they are super duper hosts, who went out of their way to help us out.

“The room is extraordinary good.”

The room is extraordinary good. You can find everything you need. my favorite part is the bathtub besides the bath gel is my favorite flavor. I even took a picture to buy the same item. The landlord is the best landlord I've ever met. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh in the early morning, but it was not time for me to check in. I contacted the landlord. He booked us a car and went to the place where he stayed. It's very friendly and warm.Julian’s English is very good and gave me so much advice. If I go to Ho Chi Minh again, I will choose Julian's house again.

“Would enthusiastically recommend this apartment”

Would enthusiastically recommend this apartment. It had all the amenities and more. Walking distance to most of the historic buildings and attractions. All kinds of great places to eat and drink, massages, etc. Very roomy for a studio apartment, more like a one bedroom, without the walls. Very responsive host made for a terrific stay in this vibrant city.
